You Can't Compound What You Can't Read

The bookings looked right. I could tell and forecast what we were selling. The traction was there, and new opportunities were landing every week. From where I sat in sales, the picture was healthy, and our sales plan was working.

Finance saw a different picture. To them, we were standing still.
